The ethos of Carlisle Centurions training sessions are structured round the FA four corner philosophies in its coaching methods. We aim to help develop the four key attributes identified by the FA that are vital for developing young players: Physical, Technical, Psychological and Social. Our aim is to help children to develop more than just their technical skills. 

Our sessions will also help them to gain confidence, build self-esteem, learn to work as team and improve their decision making.
